Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country via EMS (Japan Post).
Gift Orders
Due to international shipping regulations, the "Sender" on the shipping label must be displayed as our store name ("hao"), even for gift orders.
However, we will include a message card inside stating: "A gift from [Purchaser's Name]" to ensure the recipient knows it is from you.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Gift Wrapping
If you purchase a "Gift Box," we will ship your item carefully packed inside the box.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
(Please note that shipping may be delayed during the New Year holidays and summer holidays.)
Returns and Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Since our products are one-of-a-kind using vintage fabrics, we may not be able to provide an exact replacement. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Convenience
Please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., "It looks different from what I imagined").
Vintage Fabric Characteristics
Our products are created from vintage Kimono fabrics. Slight scratches, fading, or discoloration are proof of the fabric's history and charm, and are not considered defects. We ask for your understanding before purchasing.
Repairs
We want you to use our products for a long time. If you ever need repairs, please contact us first so we can discuss the details.
(Note: Shipping costs for repairs may apply depending on the situation.)
