Shipping Time
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that shipping may be delayed during our summer and New Year holidays.

Gift Shipping (Important)
Due to international shipping regulations and system limitations, the "Sender" on the shipping label will be displayed as our store name (hao_official), even for gift orders. It will not display the purchaser's name on the outer label.

However, to ensure the recipient knows it is a gift from you, we will:
1. Include a note inside the package stating: "A gift from [Purchaser's Name]".
2. Enclose a packing slip that includes the purchaser's name and address.
