haoの物語は、日本の伝統美への深い慈しみから生まれました。大切にされてきた着物たちが、時代の流れの中で行き場を失いかけているのを知ったとき、私の中に強い使命感が芽生え、「この宝物たちを、ただ眠らせておくわけにはいかない。現代という光を当て、もう一度輝かせたい」。という想いから始まりました。

古都・奈良から、現代のライフスタイルへ。私たちはヴィンテージの着物シルクを、現代の形へと再定義しています。すべてのバッグは、素材と色彩の対話から生まれる「Pièce unique（一点もの）」です。手作業で巻かれた絹糸の艶、密かな裏地の美しさ、そしてあなただけのシリアルナンバー。過去と未来を繋ぐ架け橋となること。それが私たちの美学であり、約束です。

The story of hao was born from a deep reverence for the exquisite beauty of Japanese tradition. When I witnessed cherished vintage kimonos losing their place in the flow of time, a profound calling awakened within me. It was more than just affection; it became my mission. I knew then: “I cannot let these treasures remain asleep. I must bring them back to the light, redefined for the world today.”

From the ancient capital of Nara, we redefine vintage kimono silk for the modern lifestyle. Each bag is a "Pièce unique" — a one-of-a-kind masterpiece born from a dialogue between history and contemporary colors. The luster of hand-wrapped silk threads, the hidden elegance of unique linings, and the serial number dedicated only to you: these are our aesthetics, and our promise to be the bridge between the past and your future.
